My family and I came to this Starbucks on Saturday so 3 women were working at the other side of the counter, our coffees were... served completely opposite of what we ordered coffee was cold not hot we order hot coffees, when we asked the black lady atthe other side of the counter, she was rude unprofessional the Hispanic lady was just laughing at Us, who employed thispeople? to work on a customer service job?, may be this people working in this place don't know better for lock of education butthe managers that hired them should know better then putting people with attitudes that don't know the difference between ajob and personal problems, because obviously they bring there own problems at work. The product is never the issue at Starbucks. The review is on the employee. She literally had a serving b**** attitude. Did not... say hello or good morning or any greeting. I walked up to her and said hello, no response, then I made my order. She then saidpress skip and insert card Referring To payment. After that she made the drink and warmed the coffee cake & turned to the nextcustomer. If you don't want to give good service don't get in the customer service industry. This Starbucks Coffee bar is located just inside the Target Store entrance at Memorial City Mall. It's a good place to grab a... cup of ? before venturing into the mall concourse.. The barista who waited on me was very friendly and personable. It's a smallshop so the line can get a lttle long at times. Read more
Really upset, all I wanted was a cake pop and a mango dragon fruit drink and as soon as I got there the guy said he was closed... (at 7:30 ) because their machine was broken. Whatever machine it was I didn?t know they baked in there. And also they don?t needa machine to make the refreshers. Read more
Just stop by and wait for 15 minutes no one show up. Target employee show up and said that the Starbucks close for next 15... minutes because Starbucks employee on lunch break. I did ask why so long and response was we don't care about you and yourbusiness. Was really disappointed at Starbucks at Memorial City Mall @ Target. DO NOT SHOP over there. No apologies! I was the only one on the line and the lady on the cashier was talking to her friend about a Shelly thing and left me waiting... for nearly 3 minute then I told her I am ready mam she said just a minute and continue talking and ignoring me ,, I wait foranother two minute then I left,, if she was busy I can wait but it was impolite to ignore me that way Read more
