If I could leave no stars I would. It doesn?t matter what time of day you come, they?re always out of stock for some ingredient... or item; it never fails! You?d think if they know they?d have high traffic, then they?d order more inventory, but no! Theparking situation is disastrous too, why do you have a parking lot in the middle of a drive thru? No one can leave the store orback out of their parking spots because the drive thru line is wrapped around the corner. Very disappointed Read more

There is always a line of cars. A testament to the perfection of the product. The staff is friendly, the prices exorbitant, the... drinks excellent. Read more

Went inside for suggestions on drinks and wasn?t given any extra advice on drinks. Just looked at like I?m crazy for asking for... suggestions. then after asking for pin to take my 3 years old to restroom we went inside but no toilet paper so I told the bigchick that was cleaning and she looks at me says thank you and continued talking to the man she was standing there talking to?didn?t bother to say I?m sorry let me get you some or anything.. definitely horrible customer service here. Definitely not thefirst bad experience here. DEFINITELY won?t be back. Read more

Super, super busy store. The parking lot and drive thru service line is crazy, plus we were blocked in our parking spot by a... truck making a delivery. But I got my drinks in a decent timely manner and made to perfection. Was not disappointed with tryingthis drink for the first time. Read more

I showed up about 9:30. They were out of mint tea which isn't a big deal unless they take your money and then tell you they're... out of both types of mint tea. Every Starbucks sells the same exact thing and everything tastes equally great so thedifferentiators are the parking situation, the staff, the interior and the cleanliness. The parking at this location is hecticwhen the drive thru gets backed up. The staff are friendly which is a plus but they dont have a good grasp on what inventory isavailable. The interior could use help with additional table space and it's not the cleanest location. When I went in, they wereout of napkins on both napkin holders. I gave a three star mostly bc of the parking bottle neck and the empty napkin holders. Read more

An unexpected suprise finding this place, but it appears the Reliant Center coordinator along S. Main is being revitalized.... Found this Starbucks after a wrong turn looking for a place to pop in early one morning before heading over to the Texans/49ersopen practice. What struck me was the small parking lot, which I felt would translate into a large store. Nope. Nada. Nunca. The store is shaped like a capital letter "I". But, what they lack in space they try to make up in minimalist chic: funkychairs, spare tasteful art on the walls and a lovely counter that runs the length of the store. The place looks like if Ikea &Starbucks had a love child. No, what a hip coffee startup would look like in a trendy hotel or upscale new airport. But, Isurmised quickly, this store was about maximizing a prime real estate location, it's sleek efficient with no bells or whistles. They want you to get your coffee and go. Which was on full display with all the well dress working professionals grabbing andgoing with their call in orders. This is a store for them. Sadly, re service I saw what is now commonplace, a large staff ofmillennials providing poor customers service because they don't know what it looks like. There was more cutting up going on bythe staff, than nap time at the local daycare. There was so many repeated apologies to customer's for not having an keyingredient for a certain drink, taking to long to make her orders (remember, busy professionals, so fast & good service isparamount) & just being too loud, too hyper & playful young adults. It's was like daycare. So, to me a distracted worker is anunproductive worker. But, despite a small parking lot, a small store, and awkward routes to get to & from the store and a staffof Generation Ys. Starbuck's brand overcomes by drawing them like flies to.... Read more
