Worst service that I have ever received at Starbucks. First lady asked me to scan my phone to pay through the app. I did not see... the scanner because it was hidden behind a sign on the counter and she got impatient with me. Was not attentive when taking myorder so did not get it right on the first try. No problem (everyone makes mistakes) but then the second lady got argumentativewhen I tried to get what I actually ordered and she let me know that she was not the one that took my order. Finally got what Iordered from the unapologetic staff and left feeling like I had been a huge inconvenience to them. Sad that this location is atthe airport where visitors from all over the country and the world will get their first impression of Houston and Houstonians. Read more
