I never have a problem with this establishment, expect tonight. The workers that worked tonight 11/06 @6:00pm really shouldn?t... be in a food service business, they just want to be paid to treat customers badly. I order three sandwiches off the menu, twoof them were text book sandwiches. No changes, just how they come on the menu, when I got mine they failed to add any veggiesjust meat and cheese. When we went back we were nothing but nice and asked politely if we could add veggies. When asked if theyhad onions they said ?we SHOULD have some? with nothing but attitude. They seemed like they didn?t wanna work nor be there. I?mquite confused on why they made a mistake but wanted to be angry at us for asking to fix it. Do better. Read more

I has a bad experience at Subway this morning. I asked for a six inch steak and a six inch chicken sub. There was a confusing... translation and I tried to get the manager to help, he refused to serve me. You will not believe what the issues was; I ask themnot to mix the steak on the same sub with chicken and what followed was the manager telling me to take my business elsewhere. Read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered catering sandwiches for my sons party 48 hours before the party. The worker said as long as i... ordered 24 hours before i will be fine. I PAID and set up a time for pick up. Received confirmation as well. I get here at thetime of pick up and my order is no where to be found even after showing them my confirmation email. The workers still REFUSE. Tomake my order because they said the supervisor has to approve. Supervisor is not here and didn?t answer the phone. The workerseven admitted to her NEVER not answering the phone. So i am out of luck and now my sons party won?t have sandwiches. Thecustomer service is horrible! Read more

#1: For the sake of your customer's health, MAKE ALL EMPLOYEES WEAR MASKS! #2: Either train your employees on what the menu... items are, or hire employees that speak English. Once it again it boils down to food safety. This particular employee couldn'tspeak English, which I didn't have a problem with until she had no idea what to tell the cashier (which also didn't speakEnglish) to ring up.. AFTER she already made my sandwich, she had to UNWRAPPED it and open it back up to physically show thecashier what the sandwich was! NOT SAFE! On top of making my sandwich without a mask. Never coming back to this location.Unsanitary kids and people that don't care about safety are preparing food here. Read more
