Ordered and paid for sandwiches online. Told order would be ready at 8:35pm. Arrived at 8:30pm and restaurant was closed! It was... scheduled to be open until 11:00 pm. Other customers were their to pick up their food as well? to no avail! If the workers hadan emergency, they could have left a note on the door! Very poor unprofessional service. There were two ladies that helped me with my online order. I requested Italian herb and cheese bread and they gave me a... different bread without even asking me what i would like to substitute. I was given wheat which is something i dont eat so iasked her what were my options and told me i could go to another location. I would like a refund. I dont appreciate the customerservice and being given a sandwich with a type of bread i dont eat. They could have simply told me thay prior to placing theorder and i would have cancelled. There a many other locations who have talen italian herb and cheese completely off thei listof options this location should do the same. The customer service was horrible! Read more

Paid for meatball sub in app. Drove to store to pickup my sub, was told they are out of meatballs. Wasted my time and gas.... Employees were unapologetic and rude. They didn't even want to refund my money. I had to almost argue with them to get my moneyrefunded. If I could give zero stars, I would. Read more

I come here at least once a week for lunch while doing laundry and the lady working is always staring so weirdly at me and is... rude. But I just ignore it. Today I came in and ordered my usual which it's a Raspberry cheesecake cookie with my sandwich. I goto eat my cookie and it's not the right one and it's the macadamia nut one which I'm allergic to nuts and bit into it and wentand said this is the wrong cookie and she said well we are out. Now I tell her and she seems to be bothered that I can't havethis and allergy to it and that she should have told me when ordering that they were out but she didn't. She didn't say sorrylet me refund the cookie or anything. She has awful customer service skills as myself and other guest speak on her almosteverytime I'm in on Tuesdays. I know it may sound petty over a cookie but it's the principal and if I have an allergic reactionto her neglect it's all on her. This girl is rude and weird and doesn't deserve her job. Read more

Extremely slow service. I stood in line for 30 minutes. 1 person ahead of me. Customer service non existent. I used to come here... regularly not sure if management switched or what? 3 employees that I could see only one in the front. No thank you nothing Read more

This makes... the ordering/paying process a real pain so pack your patience when ordering. Tried to use a discount link on my phone and theyredeemed the offer not knowing how to apply the discount first. Avoid this store location for now if you're running in ahurry.*** ------------------------------------- Original Review: Best Subway location in Katy area. Contrary to most locations,the claustrophobics like me will rejoice as there is ample seating space inside that even includes a small lounge area as well.Restaurant is kept clean and the staff are always very nice friendly. My favorite sandwich is the Blackforest Ham on Honey-Oatbread, toasted of course! The veggies are always fully stocked and are served on my sub crisp and fresh.
