Last evening after a long day, I decided to stop at this location to grab a couple simple foot longs for my kids. I was behind... four people in line. I waited 25 minutes for her (mind you, she was alone so I packed my patience) to finish with those first3. When she got to the gentlemen in front of me, she started making ONLINE ORDERS. Mind you, there was no one behind me when Iwalked in. Now, I had a line of four behind me. One was the 'online' pickup person. I walked out. I was sad she did this. Iwaited 25 minutes.
