She got our sandwich wrong, we placed a online order and she used the wrong bread, wrong ingredients, and she put olives on my... wife's sandwich. They can not read directions do NOT go to this location. The lady there also has horrible customer service. Read more

Last evening after a long day, I decided to stop at this location to grab a couple simple foot longs for my kids. I was behind... four people in line. I waited 25 minutes for her (mind you, she was alone so I packed my patience) to finish with those first3. When she got to the gentlemen in front of me, she started making ONLINE ORDERS. Mind you, there was no one behind me when Iwalked in. Now, I had a line of four behind me. One was the 'online' pickup person. I walked out. I was sad she did this. Iwaited 25 minutes. I placed an online order and the store accepted it, but when I arrived the doors were locked and no one answered the phone.... Lights were on. They charged my credit card and marked the order as picked up. After several days still no one answering. Don?torder from this store. Read more

Management is obviously not treating their employees correctly here. I ordered a sandwich online and the doors were completely... open and no one was working the store. The cops arrived to investigate and NOBODYwas working the store, I?m out of a sandwich mymoney and time, whoever runs this particular location here in Houston, TX is doing a terrible job.
