Not from this area, but stopped in for lunch today. Found that the ladies were really fast and because of that I felt rushed... through it all. I ordered 3 subs and a bowl, definitely saw faces from the employees for holding up the line. It was anuncomfortable feeling/experience, I mean all I want is my food ???????. Bad service by silvia , I always ask her for a water cup and she always says we dont have cups for water then why do they put... water in the drink machine? And today I asked her for water cups again and her words " we don't have cups for water" and Iasked for the manager she said is Nancy but she was not there , and she changed her attitude inmediatly saying she would bringme the cups for water and she did, but after she was sure of not having them. But another day she says the same thing, "we donthave cups for water" , and while I was eating somebody else asked for water cups and she gave it to them , then what happendwith this rude lady if she doesn't want to give me the cups for water then put a price on the cups or eliminate water fromdrinks dispenser. Subway has pretty decent Sandwiches. Their prices are still a little lower Then the other chain sandwich shops. I actually went... in to this particular Subway and got a sandwich and set probably 30 minutes after a had eaten because of some back spasms Ididn't feel like driving right away. They were very understanding even refilling my drink for me. They have free Refills butthey usually don't do table service. I really appreciate that and thank you staff. Read more
