This subway is the worst. If it ant run by kids that rather play around in the store playing tag, young love birds. No... ingredients out to make a sandwich. Only what is left for the day I guess because its late night. I gave it another shot andtoday walked in and out because of a lady on the phone. I walked in was told to hold on when clearly it was a random phone callthat was personal. She rather be on the phone, then to take care of customer. Don?t not go to this subway, waste of time. Ordered through their app. Picked up our sandwiches & checked them. One was missing ALL the veggies & the other was missing most... of the veggies. I went back in & told the employee that both sandwiches were incorrect BUT I didn't want them remade, I justwanted all the missing veggies as I had no problem putting them on myself. The employee said "anything missing from thesandwiches is because we are out." This was the following exchange Me: Lettuce? Him: Out Me: Olives? Him: Out Me: Bananapeppers? Him: Out Me: Pickles? Him: Out I left & called another Subway down the street, explained what happened & the employeetold me they could help us. They kindly gave us all the missing veggies & urged me to complain about our experience. They statedthe store has full capability of contacting the customer when they are out of ingredients. I shouldn't have wasted a trip topick up an incomplete order that wasn't even acknowledged until I checked it & came back in. The fact that they looked at theorder, made the sandwiches missing 6 veggies between the two & thought "yeah, this is fine" in ridiculous. Really gave it that rating because well it?s my local one, sadly they never have bread at very many different times of the day.... I have gone 3 times in one week to see if they have the bread I like but they always tell me no and its just down to one type.Other than that it?s not bad. Read more
Every time I have ordered here it has been problematic. I tried to give a chance again. Solid NO going forward. They were very... stellar in making sure they didnt give anyone else my order kudos. Staff was nice and quick to support each other during a rush time from order to food given on par with many I've visited . This... is not my regular store sanitation floor prep station and seating areas were good. Missing ... May have been just this day butpresentation and freshness that feeling you get walking into and know your about to place an order toward a great meal. Onekind of bread to choose from ok prep station had several empty containers of fixings others looked in need of refreshing.Sandwich prepping theres a layout order to it right ? I've seen done to many times in the past not there today chips only 3rows 4 flavors on the rack. Not the best first impressions. The sandwich was good I ate like no tomorrow. I regularly come to this Subway and I always find it to be clean and peaceful place to eat. Plus, Michael and Jasna seem to take... the making of customers subway sandwiches, with great care and not in hurry making it sloppy as I've experienced at other Subwayrestaurants. Theses two Subway sandwiches makers can probably teach a thing or two to many sloppy Subway sandwiches makers outthere.
