This place has lots of bad reviews for a reason? sadly it?s convenient for me but this women Olivia, Elsa is horrible at her... job. She is vey rude.. she makes the worse sandwich?s try?s to rush making it and only put chicken on half my foot long.. I hadto correct her several times she straight threw the lettuce all in one spot very rudely, she?s staring at her phone constantlyand left me at register waiting to pay for 4 solid minutes, then she said receipt machine is broke well I need receipt becauseit?s a company card im using? she rudely grabs my phone and takes a picture of screen.. The quality of food was very poor. The bread was hard as a rock it seemed like old bread, I couldn?t even chew it. Some of the... vegetables still had ice crystals on them. The sprite from the machine was pure carbonated water, no flavor. The cookies seemold as well. We basically just threw $20 bucks away in the trash?. I?ve been to plenty of subways and this has to be one of theworst ones I?ve been to not even exaggerating. I don?t even like being a Karen like this but come on?do better. Read more
The lunch rush and there is one person working in this restaurant. There is very rarely more than one person working which may... be the reason that the only person working; Julie, is so put out by having to make sandwiches. Went it to day 5-24-2021 to order 2 salads. There was hardly any toppings at all pickles lettuce . How can that be if people... order salads. Try telling here to go to back to go see if there is any in the back. She barely understood English so, she waslooking at me like i was crazy . I will never step food i at t his location again. This location is convenient for me because it?s within walking distance. I?ve ordered a number of times and the food is always... fresh and tastes good however last night I got a BLT and there was ONE piece of bacon across the whole sandwich so essentially Iate a tomato and lettuce sandwich. The time before that I asked for 4 Reese?s peanut butter cookies and didn?t realize until Igot home that the woman gave me 4 raspberry cheesecake cookies which I don?t like and I definitely didn?t want to walk all theway back there. I don?t necessarily think it?s the employee?s fault, it?s more so that I?ve only ever seen ONE employee workingat a time so they have to rush while doing orders. I came in with my kids today and we were the only ones in line. The person behind the counter continuously spoke Spanish to his... coworker ignoring us. When he finally started making the sandwiches i had to repeat the toppings multiple times to him. When wewent to check out the kids noticed that he had made a kids meal size sandwich when we had repeatedly asked for a 6inch. Theperson would not remake the sandwiches as now there were people behind us. This Subway is terrible! There was no tea made andthe soda machine was out of multiple items. The gentleman was awesome and very patient and made our sandwiches with great care. He has only been working ten days and he... should get a raise. He was terrific I wish all employees took the extra care and time like him. Read more
Walked in at 1:38pm 9-11-22 to order young B/F touch her glasses then fixed her hair then grabbed a ???????????pair gloves. Did... not attempt to sanitize or washed her hands. ???? I walked right back out. Rating 0 Read more
