I placed an online order that said it would be ready in 20 mins. I arrived on time and it was not ready-line to the door. I... waited by the end of counter and was never acknowledged. I asked and was told my order was not ready and I would have to wait. Iwaited a few mins and asked again, still nothing. I told the cashier I 'might' hv to cancel my order and went outside to wait inmy car. 10 minutes later, I went inside, asked again, and was told by the cashier that she canceled my order. I said I did notcancel and I had already paid online. So the manager printed out my order ticket and proceeded to make my sandwich. She thensaid they don't carry whatever bread or cheese I requested. I told her to use whatever she had. She then tossed a very rushedsandwich onto the counter by the cashier and I had to tell her that I also ordered a drink and a cookie. I'm very disappointedin the customer service at this location and will not bother them again. Read more

Came in tried one of their new sandwiches from the Subway Series and it was great ! Loved the service specially one lady working... by herself and numerous people started to come in ! She was patient, courteous, and the smile never left her face, also she madeit a point to wash her hands and grab a new pair of gloves after each customer. This subway closes at 10pm I arrived at 10:39pm and was refused service and they stated they were closed that is rude and... unacceptable . I can?t believe they would lie and do that . Don?t come here. They never have any product and should you have to tell someone you want lettuce on a salad and why would you... drown something to go in dressing. They don?t even have the packets of dressing. Always busy and under staffed. Needs newmanagement that can keep product in stock and can properly create a schedule. I know it?s not a money issue because this placeis always packed and it?s the only place to eat around here. Tried to bring the food back and the girl argued with me for 5minutes about a salad not coming with lettuce. Read more

This particular restaurant was fairly clean, the food I ordered was good, but I have one (main), issue. I'm not understanding... why the lower,(economically), minority locations, seem to have (noticeably), increased prices, on their menus. I enjoy Subway,but that makes No sense, to me whatsoever!
