Didn't read the special instructions and thus they had to remake my sandwich. Why do I always have problems with their app?
Horrible customer service will not come in to this location anymore. Two guys working they had no green apron on subway t-shirt... all dirty. No mask on. I walked in employee was sitting on counter where they prepare the food on his cellphone. He helped acustomer when finished he went back and sat on the counter again unacceptable. Read more
Horrible customer service. Got here at 8:42pm and you are closed. Not only that, the guy working had an attitude because I... questioned the fact that the sign says the store closes at 9pm, not 8:30pm. Train your employees to be more customer serviceoriented. Folk talk trash about Chik-Fil-A, but I always get great customer service there! Horrible experience! Not sure whyI'm wasting my time posting this because I don't see any management responses to the other negative reviews here. Do better! Read more
If I could give them NO STARS , I would !! Because this was my very first time ever eating wy they subway location and the... SERVICE and the FOOD was TRASH ! The girl that was making the sandwiches was very rude, and seem like she had a attitude, whichthrough my appetite off . I ordered the oven roasted chicken breast and BIT INTO A BONE almost the length of a six-inch sub! (Isn't that sandwich... supposed to be half soy in the first place?) I tried to call the store, but before anyone answers, the call gets disconnected.It does rings a few times, so clearly it works. I am assuming the employees are just too lazy to answer (seeing as I've tried tocall at several different times of the day, and the store is typically empty anytime I have been there, or have drivenpast). Walked to the door and the employee said they are closed @5 pm. And that another employee will be at the store in an hour. What... type of busines are you running? Turn away customers? That a very good business model.. Read more
