I ordered 6 cookies with my curbside pick up order and when the worker came out to give me the order 2 cookies were missing. She... goes back in to check why my order is incomplete and comes back out saying the other kind of cookies I ordered are notavailable. So I was charged for 6 cookies and because they are out of one kind I'm only supposed to get 4. Wow!!! What badservice. So I recently did a review on this Store because I had a not so good experience but I wanted to come back on and post another... review to update. I was able to talk to the manager Mr. Saul and we were able to discuss the problem at had. I want to thank himfor understanding my side and for fixing everything. This is a great establishment and I like coming here before work to get mylunch. My sandwiches and salads have always been up to part. If you want a good sandwich I suggest you come here. Read more
Haven?t been to a Subway for awhile. Stopped by for a quick lunch. Bread was fresh, veggies were crisp and not dried out, meat... was delicious. Super attentive customer service! I ordered online and one of the subs wasn't right (my dad picked it up and brought it home, I... live like 2 min away.) We went back when we realized that. When I brought it to their attention they were super awesome andexchanged my sub for a new one! I struggle with severe anxiety and working up the courage to speak up was hard but they made myexperience super comforting and they're honestly rocking it! 10 out of 5 stars!!! Read more
