There was a Hispanic lady working her teenage children were helping mop? she was very polite and most importantly the children... were very well behaved and respectful!!!! The employee deserves a big hands together for being an awesome employee and big kudosfor her well behaved teens!!! I ordered a sandwich on the app which it says that this location closed at 10:00 pm and place my order at 8:50 went to pickup... and the they closed at 9:00 even though that it was there fault for not coordinating with the app for closing time I was ok witha refund but they couldn't do it at the moment and told me that they will be doing it next day first thing, and again I was okwith it. The never refund anything so I stop by 4 days later to see what's going on with my money and again I was told next dayall this went on for a month with me stoping by 4 times to the store and they never fix it, they are so incompetent to do asimple refund which it takes no longer than a minute, so I ended it up calling my card company which the refund the money on thesame call ???? no issues. And it's not about the money 'cos is not much but it's about the principal. My experience at this location was horrible. The service was very bad The girl helping me has a problem with color. Ordered from uber eats. one ingredient i did ask for was salt. Got the sandwich, visually it was what I asked for. However, the... sandwich had so much salt on it that it was inedible. I called the place and after explaining what I said was wrong, the personon the other line said "sorry I dont know what to tell you". I dont want a new sandwich nor do I want refund no use crying over$15. But I want to make sure someone in upper management sees this so stuff like this doesn't happen again.
