Nothing against the employee working today. But it?s ridiculous to just have one employee run the whole store! It takes way too... long to come in and get a sub. I tried to come in an hour ago as well and 4-5 people waiting. So decided to come back later andstill a very long wait because only one worker. And this has been this way every time I have tried to come here. And I live inthe neighborhood behind. But this place is so inconvenient to come to. If think you only need one employee because your salesare slow. Then maybe add another employees and orders will be completed quicker and people will come back more frequently. Read more

The sandwich was good, but the staff was not friendly. They don't welcome you, or even bother to smile or thank you for doing... business with them. The first thing in business is GET (Great, Engage, Thank). Why did I give a tip? Because I felt it wasthe right thing to do. Maybe they were having a bad day. Read more

Just tried to eat there (July 18, 2020 around 3:30pm) and their credit card machine wasn?t working. I also couldn?t pay with my... phone. So. I and my friend understood so we called our significant others and asked for them to bring the exact amount. Whenthey got there we went to pay and the price went up $5! She claimed she forgot the chips! Excuse me? We were patient as fortheir technical difficulties as our food got cold, and then she had the audacity to charge us MORE than she previously was? Thewoman working was incredibly about it and did not take any responsibility. She would not tell us her name. Very disappointed.Terrible customer service. Will not be going back. Read more

Used to be a regular here and would see all the employees come and go but, when the new manager lady came this whole place went... downhill. It?s takes an excess amount of time to get one 6 inch turkey sandwich for no reason. I liked the younger lady who usedto work mornings she would be fast and was extremely nice. I went the other day and saw a cockroach crawling near the food andsome were crawling on the chips. Please be aware, I don?t want any of you getting sick. Read more
