I ordered online and when I went to pick up I was told they were out of a certain ingredient that?s in the sand which I... requested. They didn?t want to recompense me either knowing what I ordered cost more because of that ingredient they didn?thave. Absolutely horrible experience. Cashier was extremely rude, smart mouth (sassy), negative attitude. The woman had the nerve to... disrespect me & my son for NO reason!! Stay away from this location. Horrible, awful customer service. The lady prepping outsandwiches was nice. I told the lady we wanted two chocolate chip and two macadamian cookies along with drinks. Then, theother rude lady stepped in and took over at the register. She said, "The footlongs don't come with cookies and a drink.". Isaid, " I know, I want to make them both meals with cookies and a drink. We wanted two chocolate chip cookies and twomacadamian cookies.". She loudly and snidely said, "I HEARD you the first time! Then, she asked, "You wanted oatmeal?" Ianswered, " I thought you said, 'I HEARD you the first time!'. If you did, then you should already know.". She answered, "I did. But, you were talking about some other stuff!" Really? The lady asked, "What size drink you want?" I pointed to the $3 signand read it off to her. Once again, she asked, "What size drink?" I said, "The sign says small." I turned to my son and said,"Oh, no. We won't be coming back here again." She said, " I really don't give a F*** if you come here again." I told her,"Nevermind. Keep it! Keep your food. I'm not paying to be disrespected." I removed my card from the card reader midtransaction and left. Update: The owner called me and asked about the situation. I told him the above story. He apologizedfor my mistreatment and said he would take care of the issue. Read more

A great spot for this business. I notice the lack of filled container that should have a good tasteful present for food... selections. There were little, close to none, choice of a few meats items. Example, the tuna bin, very little. The bacon, veryfew pieces, I did ask for fresher pieces, I got some. The service was very nice. Read more
