The sign says open at 8, I arrived at 8:10, the lady ignored me, kept the door locked and proceeded with whatever she was doing... as though I wasn't there. My app did not help me "skip the line," I lost money and time. So disappointed in the service. Read more
This is the first review I?m doing ever. My experiences here have been horrible. The first time I came here I waited 30 minutes... in line when there was only 1 person ahead of me. The staff spoke no English what-so-ever and had no idea what you werechoosing. I had to leave and go to another subway just to get my food right. Recently I ordered through the mobile app andwaited a hour for my food to come when it was down the street. The wait time wasn?t the problem, when the food finally arrivedthe order was COMPLETELY wrong. Not a single thing right in the order not even the cookie. Now I paid for an order I don?t haveand the number for the store isn?t active it goes straight to voicemail. Read more
Came here on 9/22 at 9:40pm, i had placed an order in app. Worker was rude and didn't even know what the menu items were. I... ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and she told me it was not available when i was staring right at the grilled chicken strips.I pointed to the chicken and she proceeded to tell me i ordered oven roasted chicken breast when my app order clearly saidgrilled chicken. She argued me down on this before eventually preparing the sandwich, which she did very sloppily with littlefixings, i pointed out she put on a 6inc worth of chicken on a footlng and she responded with and attitude and proceeded to makethe sandwich. When she was done she basically threw the sandwich at the table for me to grab. Never going here again. Educateyour staff on what the sandwiches actually are and good customer service. Read more
Worst service ever, the lady can?t make a sandwich. They only have white or wheat bread, something on the sandwich taste like... washing powder. They don?t honor any of the franchise specials. I order extra meat and she still did not cover the wholesandwich. Never again with this place. Read more
I was mailed a BOGO coupon. So I tried to use it at the restaurant. Apparently you can't use the bogo coupon for the Italian... B.M.T here but you can use it at the subway by Wingstop up the street. The non-english speaking workers wouldn't accept evenwhen I rung the order up on the app. Read more
The manager and the worker need attitude adjustments. Sandwich maker had a KAREN because I asked her to change her gloves after... making 3 footling sandwiches and going in the freezer to get more tuna. I will go out of my way to not purchase from thisSUBWAY! Read more

Uncomfortable experience!!! The worker Maria asked me for my name. She said her sister had the same and that she hates her... sister, then said it?s funny I remind her of her sister. She burnt our food. Very weird and aggressive customer service, burntfood, and the store was hot due to large windows letting in the sun. Listen to the other reviews and do not come here!!!! Read more
