Saw a patient of mine eating something that smelled and looked amazing. It was Subway, hadnt had it in a while so decided to... place a order. Requested toasted, not sure if it was toasted too long or thrown in the microwave before the delivery driver camebut the sandwhich was warm upon arrival but the bread was not edible. Rubbery and cardboard tough. I could not bite through it.Was only able to eat the filling of the sandwhich. Was disappointed I just wont request it to be toasted again unless imphysically there to order myself. Sandwhich was made with all the correct topping I ordered and one of the chips were incorrectbut it was ones I like so no biggie and they did not forget my drink so super plus on that. Read more

The Hispanic gentle who was mopping the floor should be fired immediately. I?m not sure if he was mad that folks walked on the... wet floor, but he shouted out profanity in English and Spanish. The supervisor or whoever was the leadership at the time didn?tpull him to the side one single time. Read more

This location has a drive through. Meatball subs are always good. I wasn't empressed with the Cajun Beef sandwich, not enough... beef. They left a few veggies off. Read more

Spent 10 years in my younger years as an area manager for sSubway so im usually pretty harsh if I find the food line in less... than great shape. Excellent service, clean store, enough staff during lunch, all menu items stocked, and the line was pictureperfect. Wow awesome job. I lost my receipt but these girls deserve the survey A+. The Worst Service As I am new to Houston, I saw the drive thru sign at this location and decided to try, I drove through... stopped at the speaker NO answer then drove to the window also NO one. I then went inside placed an order and asked if the drivethru has a specific time to be opened, the employee looked at. me as though I wasn't speaking to her. I asked three timesbefore she answered. If people in the service industry does not want to assist or answer questions to their job definitely theyneed to find another job. This was the worst Subway I have ever visited nor will I ever go back. Read more

1) She didn?t wrap my sandwich in the paper, she just put it in a paper bag. 2) I HAD to ask to put it in the microwave, she... wasn?t going to do it nor didn?t ask. 3) since it got warmed up the cheese melted so my sandwich is ?glued? to the paper bag.4) she got gloves but still the paper bag in which she gave me my glued sandwich is dirty at the top. PS: it?s my first timegoing to Subway and they refuse to add some tomato?s slices which are just in front of me. Improve customer service. Read more

I have had lunch at this subway several times. It?s an above average subway. Not sure why the rating is so low at the moment.... Employees have always been friendly. The seating area was clean, including tables being wiped down in a timely manner. Also, therestroom was very clean. The food quality is on par with what I would expect subway standards are. The only complaint that Ihave is that they were out of Splenda for my tea. This subway also has a drive-thru but I have not ever used it. Read more
