I think this place has a high turnover rate because the kid making the sandwich seemed like he was learning so he moved kinda... slow but he got help from the other young woman which was good. I had to ask when the avocado was going to be put on my sandwichand he went to the back to go get it bc we were coming in 20 min before closing so I'm not sure I would've got it had I not saidanything. But sandwich came out good and I'm glad they had a good attitude with us coming in almost at closing time. Read more
im huge on customer service. this is where they go wrong.( I order online now and i don't have to deal with their lack on... customer service) went in was next in line, the lady is about done in front of me.... enters 2 more men who proceeds to look atme and stand with the woman in front of me and proceeds to order two more sandwiches....(looks around in confusion) And then iask for the Italian sandwich ( Italian BMT) and the person said they don't have one... like how... i was over it.
