We went in there on Saturday 9/3/22 the staff was very nice but younger. I ordered 6" Ranch Chicken and Bacon. It wasn't warm at... all even having her toast it. My friend ordered 12" Cheese steak. He said his wasn't warm either. The lettuce we never evenordered because it was pink. Pink lettuce is bad lettuce. Needless to say we were both sick today with stomach cramps andseveral trips to the bathroom. We will never eat there again .. Read more
Ordered the veggie patty footlong on the subway app for pickup. They never once called me to say that they didn't have the... veggie patty. I found out once I had arrived home that it was missing from my sandwich. Read more
Had a sweet tooth for some White chocolate with raspberry cookies this was my third subway I had stopped at looking for... these cookies in Particular. This afternoon a young lady with very long hair helped with my order. She did not put any gloves on while handling my food or... wash them... after checking a person on the register. And her hair got in the food. I had to tell her to keep her hair out ofthe food she was preparing! Read more
By far worst experience and customer service that I?ve received from subway, I wasn?t greeted as I walked in, as I walk in the... employee is sitting down, music was being blasted from a phone at the register. The second employee left 30 minutes early &Alexander was extremely slow to create my meal. Alexander then proceeded to complain in front of me that I and new customerswere walking in, didn?t even receive correct change, I received more if anything.
