Tried to order my food after my coworker tonight. No one came to open the door. I saw two little girls eating at a table and 2... women in the back. I called and the lady said they got robbed for $150 dollars! Where are the cops? Why are there minors insideif this happened? Absolutely hate this side of town. Sounds like a set up. rude, poor customer service. I understand that people get busy in the service industry, but if you OFFER a curbside option, you... should honor that. Most of us are working parents and cannot leave our vehicles to go inside and get food. That's why thecurbside option is vital for us. Today a very good friend of mine went with the intention of getting curbside, with 3 littleones in tow. 3 BABIES. Your employee couldn't bothered to bring the food to her vehicle and persisted to tell her that she isn'ton HER time and to go home and cook?!!?? Excuse me? Along with being a mother and a business owner, she doesn't have the time tobe going back and forth with an entitled employee. Her personal lif is besides the point though, if your store offers curbside,it should be honored, point blank period.
