I?ve been going here and ordering online for about 2 years and never had a problem, but since I think new management took over,... it has gone down the drain, my most recent order on 07/09/2021 I had ordered 2 turkey footlongs and on both there was not asingle piece of turkey, it was missing sauces and some vegetables, not the best experience, do not order online and putattention when you order. We called not even... a minute after we placed the order to ask how to cancel it since we were not given an option through the app. They said therewas nothing they could do and we had to figure it out with the app, then hung up. I was already standing in the Richey store andthey said they didn?t know what to do either, and promotions can only be done through the app, but for some reason theirlocation was showing as closed on there. I called this location to attempt to cancel my order 3 more times, they did not answer.So I drove over here to get the order since I had no way to cancel it. They close at 10 and the time is 8:57.
