I?ve been going here and ordering online for about 2 years and never had a problem, but since I think new management took over,... it has gone down the drain, my most recent order on 07/09/2021 I had ordered 2 turkey footlongs and on both there was not asingle piece of turkey, it was missing sauces and some vegetables, not the best experience, do not order online and putattention when you order. I walked in today to the store it was two people in there one that was helping and ?manager? he was on his phone talking very... loud (lady that was helping me could berly hear what I was saying ) manager was cursing and fighting wit the other person on thephone talking about Guns and stuff very not appropriate for a store manager. I asked the lady that was helping me where was themanager she responded it was him. Came here on a Sunday rainy evening and ordered 2 footlongs in advance. I drove up after 5 minutes and they were packaging up as... I walked in. Surrounds are tolerable but once inside you are greeted with cleanliness and good service. Read more
I come here extremely often and it's just great! The Food has always been fresh, the employees and manager are all very friendly... and they're constantly cleaning when they have the chance! Definitely the best Subway in this part of Houston! Read more
They closed at 8:57 instead of 10 as listed. We placed an order here accidentally instead of at Richey road. We called not even... a minute after we placed the order to ask how to cancel it since we were not given an option through the app. They said therewas nothing they could do and we had to figure it out with the app, then hung up. I was already standing in the Richey store andthey said they didn?t know what to do either, and promotions can only be done through the app, but for some reason theirlocation was showing as closed on there. I called this location to attempt to cancel my order 3 more times, they did not answer.So I drove over here to get the order since I had no way to cancel it. They close at 10 and the time is 8:57.
