Almost every time I go over to this subway ,they don't have meatballs. Not in the afternoon or night time .I went there the... other day and they didn't have meatballs and they didn't even have the herbs and cheese bread. I understand that the bread ispopular and sometimes it runs out quickly but I worked at Subway before ,meatballs have always been popular so when we would runout of meatballs ,we would let the customer know and go back to the freezer and then heat it up in the microwave but it seems tome like the staff is always to lazy to do that. So the first thing that they do is tell us that their out so it will make thingseasier for them. This subway is not reliable, I can not count on them to have something that is advertised on the menu becausethis subway is always out of something. And in the comments, it looks like I'm not the only one in the comments talking abouthow they are out of something. The staff was helpful in recommendations for cheese with our protein choice! Food bins looked very clean and organized. All the... choices were fresh and tasted great. Seating area was very clean and inviting. The area isn't the greatest because of all ofthe homeless people hanging out at the front asking for money. Read more
Walked and the ladies where having a friendly and 'loud' conversation, nothing wrong here, but then when I walk up to have my... order taken the youngest lady changes her voice from normal to whispers. She doesn't greet, doesn't ask what you need (or atleast you can't hear it), just stares at you waiting for you to figure if she is ready to take your order. When it was time topay, she didn't even ask if I wanted drink or chips, which I intended to, and proceeded to tell me my total, I told her I wantedthe chips and it felt that she got annoyed by that. Two times I have had my order taken by her and two times it's been the same;it feels like she just wants to get the h*** out of there. I sat down and their conversation resumed, which I could clearly hearfrom where I was eating. Discriminatory! Poor service. I walked in before 2 Latin guys however the lady doesn't speak to me or ask me can she help me at... all. 2 ladies and nether says a word. The sandwich maker goes straight to the 2 young men and straight to take their order! I'm contacting the BBB about this location. I requested a manager. The other lady claims she is the manager near the register. I advise her..even though she saw the whole thing and her excuse is ..."the line is over there"! Wrong answer lady!!! Neveragain! I?ve never in my life had such a salty tuna sandwich as I?ve been handed tonight. It was like a cattle salt lick. Did y?all just... drop a 1/4 pound of salt into a 2 day old batch of tuna to try and salvage it? I love subway but after 15 years you just lost mybusiness. Seriously unbelievable. Read more
The dining area is filthy to the point of insects crawling on the dining tabletops. Trash and food all over the floor. There are... no other customers and staff is not cleaning dining area. Read more
