This location is close to my job but not the only location in the area. Every time I go in to this location its like they are... constantly trying to push extra items on you that you didn't ask for and today was no different. I went in for a salad and wastold they only had protein bowls. They don't have salads and haven't had them for about a month or so. I just went to adifferent location in the area on Monday and got a salad no problem. How can you not make a salad? She claimed she calledcorporate about it and continued to push the protein bowl stating it was the same thing. Ok, sure as far as ingredients it isthe same thing but you are charging me more for the extra protein which is not what I wanted. Experience was alright. I wanted to see if they had Apple Pay available because I didn?t have my wallet on me at the time and I... called them and they don?t like to answer the phones apparently. The restaurant was not the cleanest. I ordered the cold cutcombo and when they made my sandwich they separated the meat so it wasn?t mixed in with each other. We ordered online with special requests, and the order was prepared exactly as requested and ready before the expected... completion time. The ladies were working through a lunch rush with only 2 on staff, but they were still polite and friendly. Ialso forgot to add cheese to one of the sandwiches, and they were kind enough to give me the cheese without charge. Read more

So I used the Subway app (very convenient by the way) to order a salad for lunch. When I walked into the restaurant I was... pleasantly surprised to find my order was ready. When I got back to my office I started a conference call and started eating Inoticed my salad was missing the shredded cheese but I wasn't too worried (especially since I don't need the extra calories).After my call ended i realized my salad was also missing the turkey breast and ham so I called the restaurant. The gal who hadmade by salad was starting becoming defensive and asking why I didn't notice that it was missing the ham, turkey and cheesebefore I started eating. She then asked if I wanted another one and said I needed to bring the first one back. When I arrivedback at the restaurant she once again started asking why I didn't notice what was missing before I started eating. She then saidshe too was tired and couldn't help that she made a mistake. Fortunately the manager was the other person working and she wasvery apologetic and told the gal to make me another salad. Finally after making the salad the gal apologized. Why did I give a 4out of 5 stars rating? The manager was super sweet and very apologetic and offered me a drink and a cookie which may be smallbut saved the day. You can see both salads in my pictures. HORRIBLE! A coworker and my self place a online order 11-9 @3:15 cst When we got back to the office we noticed our meal had NO... MEAT nooo freaking meat! The receipt CLEARLY states other wise, When we called the store we spoke with Mrs.Dania who was rudeand stated she was the only one working, when we asked to speak with a manager she said no, (when we arrived to store and therewas a manager) THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I have witnessed my self the same emplyee obviously does not under stand the ticket.
