Cashier has zero customer service, she?s young and rude. Doesn?t even greet customers. Don?t know how they hire such employees.

I placed an online order. They didn?t even bother making a sandwich. They just threw all the ingredients in a bag.

An update for todays visit on 7/15/22 Placed an online order and they didn?t even cut the sandwich in half and individually... wrapped it, like I specified on my order. I was going to share this sandwich with someone and I don?t even have a knife to cutit. The sauce got all on the wrapper. Overall a messy sandwich that I didn?t want to deal with so I gave it all to the person Iwas going to share it with. This store continues to disappoint me so I will longer go. I did not have a pleasant visit today.Messed up order, long wait time even though I went in at 11 AM. New workers move a bit too slow. I?ll try back in a few weeks. Read more

Not only was this place's interior disgusting, the ceiling tiles were falling down and were filthy. When I went up to order the... food looked spoiled as though it had been sitting there for god knows how long. The lettuce was black and the tuna was extremelywatery. The cookies had flies crawling all over them and it looked as though it was a breeding ground for new flies as well.This place needs to be shut down by the health department. Read more

Worst experience ever... In the store and email from district manager! I had a bad experience. No bread baked. 4... employees...only 1 making sandwiches. No apologies for nothing but flat bread in choices of bread.Got contacted by districtmanager... no help at all. He was full excuses saying the other 3 were training. Why not use the experience as a training tool?So training people is more important in the back than using them to learn how to make the sandwiches ? They could watch theexperience and learn...two birds...training and good customer service. After the line got down...yes there was a line....go backto training...duh... no apologies or explanations either. I went to another location to get my sandwiches and there was a newemployee and the nice lady used him and my sandwiches as a training tool. Good customer service and a training tool...imaginethat. I will not be returning to the West 18th location. I will be calling corporate on their actions as well as the poorresponse from their district manager. Read more

I have given this location 2nd chance and and both times have been disappointing! The sandwiches are made so sloppy - and... although I do understand rush hour it?s does not justify messy and disgusting sandwiches ???? ! Judge for yourself- look atpics !
