I ordered from this location using the app for delivery. The only thing correct was the sandwich. I ordered jalapeño chips... and a classic coke, and I received Cheetos and a Diet Coke instead, without any notice that substitutions were being made. Itried to call the location and no one would pick up. I tried to find a place in the app to notify that my order was incorrect,but there was no way to do it, so now I?m leaving a public message as it?s the only way to let Subway know. Read more

I use to like this location but not after me ordering a sandwich online only to get there and they have no bread and nobody can... tell me how to get my money back. Do better! Why & how is a sandwich shop running out of bread of all things. Read more

Today August 23 I was here at 8:00pm is was open but they told me ! We don?t have bread I was in shock ! For real why this store... doesn?t have bread come on !!! You sales sandwich?s or what ? I received the worst service today. I placed a mobile order on the subway app to pick up inside this location (7800 Longpoint),... and received notifications that my account was charge and the order was processing. Once the app stated that my order was ready,I arrived to the restaurant and was told my order was not ready/received. I showed the employees (a young girl with a short boycut, a young male, and an older heavy-set women [whom could not speak English]) the order that was processed and "ready" on theapp as well as the charge that came from out of my account. However, they told me that there was nothing that they could do evenafter showing proof that I placed the order to pick up at this location (showed proof of address) and the money was taken. Theycontinued to make sandwiches for several other people instead of making an effort to assist me. I then asked for the manager'snumber and they refused to give it to me and said that they could not give it to me. I asked them to call on their phone tospeak with the manager to have my issue resolved. It is basic customer service to take care of a customer with an issue thatcould have easily been resolved by making my sandwich or giving me a gift card with the amount they charged me. They made mewait 20-30 minutes before even addressing my issue. I read online that the manager is Maria Nava, and I will do everything in mypower to get in touch with her or whomever the manager is because this is unacceptable. The two women actually were laughing atthe matter before I left the restaurant as if it was a joke that they would not give me a meal that I paid for. Read more

Only ordered a drink berry cucumber flavored. Usually other locations don't have any other than sodas but this location did and... I got the last of it after a refill. Read more

They need to do something about their employees, they don't pay attention at all, have got the worst experience ever ordering... online; i ordered 30 minutes before pick up so i could give them time to prepare my food but its never ready when go pick up forlunch as I only get 30 minutes they always be messing up on my orders and can't even enjoy my lunch time every time I want toeat subway ... sad but true ???? subway down bad.... just saying Read more
