I stop by on friday the 11 around 530 I was greater by the young Lady behind the counter. Sorry I forgot her name. Very disappointed. Ive came to get lunch several times before never had an issue but today I came in it was empty and the lady... that was there was talking on the phone as she was making my sandwich. It honestly didnt bother me because she wasnt holding itto her ear. I get to work, im halfway through my sandwich and as I bite off a piece I see something. A hair right in mysandwich. It is not mine. I have thick dark hair and it looks very thin and almost ash in color. I will not be coming to thislocation again. Husband pulled up and they saw him so they ran to the back to hide. He got out and the door was locked. It was only 9:15.
The staff is attentive and the food is as good as you can expect from the franchise
Poor customer service . The girl working was very rude . I was waiting in line to place an order and she skipped me to take a... woman's order who sitting down at a table and made me wait so I walked out and left . There's plenty of other locations to graba bite to eat then to deal with rude and horrible customer service. This girl should not be left unsupervised. Read more
