Please don't eat here!!! The employee that fixed my meatball sandwich, after she took it out of the oven dropped it on the... counter. The sandwich was completely upside down. Do you know that this nasty person turned the sandwich over and replaced onlytwo meatballs. (did not apologize and did not replace sandwich) She expected me to eat it!!!!!!!!!!!!!1. Unprofessional Stuff, speaking between them in Another language while serving customers !! Rude and un friendly when situation... arises and they think they are always right when customer complain. Not clean and don?t respect customer religious limitation.Using the same knife to cut the sandwich in half from bacon to veggies or non pork product is insulting to different clienteles!!!! Bad customer service? I know Spanish and simply asked if the bread ???? is correct and the lady raised her voice that are you... not able to see? ? honestly I?ve never been yelled at in a subway and she proceeded to use profanity in Spanish calling menames? I wanted to walk away since all her coworkers started laughing at her comments and I was very uncomfortable standingthere taking the abuse for a simple question? please be advised they have no customer care manners at all! Terrible customer service here! I paid for two extra cookies on mobile and the dude kept saying ?no you didn?t? he looked so... bothered by my presence and I didn?t even act rude or anything. I stood confused wondering why half my order was missing and herolled his eyes at me and said nothing until he finally yelled at me. Don?t go here! Read more
The ?Supervisor? at this location is very, very rude and unprofessional!! I visited this location on 12/23/2021 at about 5:40pm... and he was very unprofessional, he didn?t talk, only pointed at things, expecting me to figure out what he was asking or talkingabout .. I asked him could he talk and things just went left from there. He first shrugged his shoulders, then asked me ?Whydoes it matter, are you my teacher or something?? He also told me to ?Get out and go somewhere else.? Which I most certainlydid!! I was never rude to this guy, came in greeted him and the lady that was present, I?ve never had such a bad experience atthis location and I go there quite often before work! I went to another Subway down the street, I kind of vented to the ladiesin there about it because I was so upset, and they immediately knew who I was referring to, which is SAD!! I've been to many Subway Restaurant chains and this has been my favorite so far due to the outstanding customer service. The... lady let me know of all the deals going on through the week, she had such positive energy, and genuinely seemed happy servingme. My sandwich was prepared fast, without a problem and it was great! I definitely would recommend anyone to come here. Fivestars well deserved and if I could add more, I definitely would. Read more
Small location I usually go here after my doc appointment at the VA it's an ok place.
