This is by far the worst subway ever!!! They did not tell me their credit card/computer was down before I ordered. I get to the... register and they tell me I need to pay cash or wait. So I wait a few minutes while they hold my sandwich hostage letting it getcold. The computer still isn't coming back up and the lady is treating me like it's my fault that they are ruining the tinylunch break I have. I had to walk out with no food. Read more

Food poisoning! Once one of my fav sandwich shops I?ll never visit this location again and will likely avoid Subway in general. ... It?s gotta be pretty hard to mess up a turkey sub so bad but the last 24hrs have been terrible and I?m still feeling theeffects. I can 100% isolate it to my Subway sandwich. Footlong turkey, minimum veggies and honey mustard. Not much to it andshould be pretty safe. Also around 2pm so right after lunch rush, not tail end of the day. Probably an issue withrefrigeration, employees or both, but I?m definitely paying the price. Buyer beware! Read more

This has to be the worst one in town!!! Employees arguing back and forth. Employee stated they don?t carry any other breads than... white or wheat. Even tho they advertise it on their glass. Hello to whom it may concern, I came in today to patronize this particular subway being that I was told how nice the location... was. This visit was for a business meeting. Upon my arrival I was serviced by Ines who quickly debunked my experience withSubway. I originally came in to order a few sandwiches for the meeting and ended up purchasing a veggie sub meal due to Ines?senergy. She made me feel as if she didn?t want to encounter any customers, and I was afraid to ask for anything further as sheseemed very from when I initially entered the establishment. My plans were to place the order and use the ladies room to wash myhands , I asked nicely and Twice could I use the ladies room. She advised you guys didn?t have one , then she stated after Icontinued to ask that it was out of order. However I observed another patron exiting the restroom as I was standing there. Outof all the subways I have patronized this has been by far the worst experience. As I have a family member that owns a franchiseand I know this is not Subways business , they are big on client service and ?Eat Fresh?. My experience today was of poorquality, and very disappointing, especially with it being I such a upscale plaza. In which Subway as a corporation has alwaysbeen known for great service, I can?t say that I experienced today. The face of a business is very important and the way that itis ran. As a business owner myself I think she did this business owner of this subway a dis -service today for the way I washandled in such a poor manner. I pray no one else has to encounter such bad energy as they enter your establishment today or inthe future. I love me some Subway, I eat Subway every week, and I try to give any now outlet a review if I visit. I went there today, I... noticed this lady was quite dismissive and impatient with me, she had an unnecessary rude countenance about her. I just got myfood, already unhappy at this point but happy to be done with interacting with her. She obviously thought I don?t understandSpanish with what she told her co-worker, but I?ll just let that slide. Anyway, my food was not bad, especially since I wasquite hungry. I decided to look through other reviews and low and behold, most folks have complained about her- different peoplesaying the same thing. On July, 19,2022 , at 2270 Holcombe Blvd, As soon as we walked in, no greeting, no offering of customer service, I felt rushed... because I was also dealing with my kids. She didn't even care, just kept saying " What do you want or What else?" I felt sodisrespected! I also tried to tell her coworker and she blatantly ignored me, and said yea she heard me. A few hours ago, I along with my 9 year old daughter was heading home from Texas Children Hospital after the routine blood draws... of my daughter. We stopped in the parking lot across Subway as it was her formula time. After the formula, my daughter wanted touse restroom as she suddenly started not feeling well. I took her to Subway. It was all empty. Just the two employees, who werenot even on the counter, and us. Both employees rushed to the counter in expectation of an order from us. But we politely toldthem we need to use washroom. They said NO WASHROOM. Again, I asked if they didn?t have any washroom. They said they did havewashroom but somebody messed it up so practically it is not usable. I couldn?t believe how come that spacious subway with nowashroom working. And how come employees just in a kind of relax mod! At this time I again told them my daughter is feelingsick and that if there is any other restroom around the area. They said they don?t know. Or probably we could try go to nail spanext to them. I felt so helpless at the condition of my daughter. When visiting your establishment @ 2270 Holcomb Houston, Tx. I was told that they didn?t have a public restroom although there... clearly was. And I told her that I come here all the time and I know that it?s a restroom here. I end up using the men?srestroom because it was an emergency for me at that point. The door to the restroom did not have a working lock, so a man endup opening the door while I was in there. Then when ordering the lady was so rude and short with me. When I ask to add somecookies to my order, she sig ned and groaned loudly. I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me, and said she didn?thave a name. My husband and I decided to leave and l pushed the food back on the counter and left. I hope you?ll see thiscomplaint and check into this situation. Because this can?t keep going on.
