TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE, the guy behind the counter was very slow and rude while making my sandwich, get to the register for... him to tell me I can?t use a coupon that the manager refuses!!! This is a horrible place with nasty staff. The woman who took my order didn?t explain extra charges until i got to the register... and when i told her she didn?t, this other woman jumped in with a nasty tone telling me she did and continued with a back andforth argument with me. She appears to be angry, aggressive, and very unprofessional. I was in shock when she said she was themanager when i asked to speak with the manager. Her name is conception. I said i would report her and she said she did not careand asked me to leave. I later google the place and saw many people have complaints about the rudeness of the staff. I willdefinitely never step foot in that place. Something needs to be done, the leader is rude and that?s why the staff is rude. Thismanager needs to be fired or trained on interpersonal skills.
