Always crowded, very nice food and service still good price
The lady working there was very rude and racist. We had coupon and wanted to use it. When we asked she said rudely that they... will accept only 1 coupon. And at the payment time, she charged me $2 more for using gloves to make sandwich. And then she gotangry and was talking very rudely. I haven't experienced any locations charging for gloves, because I had coupon. They should beusing fresh glove for each sandwich. The manager at this location has no experience in customer service, he was really rude and yelling at us because he messed up on... how we wanted the sandwich. Seeing his awful attitude we decided to leave and not buy anything anymore he stated I can care lessif yall leave I don't care, we were upset and angry with that reaction. Racist behavior...Been stopping by here quite often...But lady at Subway register said the card machine was down. Handed me the... receipt to go to the main register...I said ok...Then the chick who made sandwiches comes over and said can she have receiptfrom by saying let look at the receipt for a second. This particular subway is inside a gas station, but very clean. My only problem was since it's in the gas station I couldn't get... a cup of water, they use the fountain drink machine associated with the gas station. Read more
