I love this place. This will only make sense to people from The Mo (mo city. Or Missouri city for you gringos), where there is a... place called tornado taco that used to be my childhood go-to for great tacos. I always got the chorizo and egg burrito. It wasalways amazing. Then one day I went and it wasn?t the same. They started using different meat or something but it was way offand I never was able to find a taco place that made the chorizo and egg burritos just like I was used to. Very sad. And then Ifound Super La Mexicana! Their chorizo tastes JUST LIKE tornado taco used to, it?s amazing! I?ve been going here like 4 times aweek since I found it. All the people are really nice and it just seems like a quality family run business. Also they make THEIRTORTILLAS FRESH, and you can taste it. Once you go somewhere that makes good tortillas from scratch, it?s hard to go anywherethat doesn?t. I could just eat their tortillas by themselves they are so good. This is a good place to go to if you?re looking for fast and cheap plates. The salsa is bland so I always add salt, pepper,... limon and the green salsa they provide in a bottle. The quesadilla is great and the beans and rice are both okay quality.Neither are dry. They have a bakery in the restaurant as well. The tortillas aren?t always homemade and the aquas frescas aremade from powder, not fresh. The restaurant itself is small with a pretty casual atmosphere. Read more

Service was pretty bad for my wife and me. I think it was his son who took our order. Nice person but he got a lot of things... mixed up when taking our order. And then after the order we never heard from him again until our food came out. Fold is okayoverall. Good portions for the price. I got the enchiladas with green sauce and my wife got the flautas. We like the enchiladasa little more than the flautas. Read more
