Twice the rice was crispy-crunchy dry. All the ingredients supposed to be served warm were cold. Those salads were quite... inedible. I figured the staff were just having a bad day so I decided to not complain and give them a 3rd chance. The 3rd timewithin a month of my last visit the rice was hard seemed uncooked or overcooked and burnt again. The manager said it wouldtake one hour to cook fresh rice. I asked if she could throw a couple of sweet potato pieces instead of the rice and she saidno, unless I paid $2 extra. Not only the quality of their food has taken a remarkable dive, but the quality of the service hasas well. Many of their salads have rice, why can they keep a rice cooker going all day? Very fresh, healthy options. They have many vegan and gluten free options on the menu and you can modify everything to make it... vegan/gluten free. The interior is nice and inviting, and the staff was friendly. I don?t like that they use single-use bowlsand forks, because even though it?s compostable, it still creates a lot of trash, and is quite unnecessary. Read more

April 2022 UPDATE: this location is STILL THE BOMB DOT COM, salads and ingredients are FRESH and delicious af - I?m adding more... pics :) 2021: I almost always pickup at this location. Salads are always fresh, packed well and sooooooo delicious! I alwayscreate my own and they ALWAYS get it right. Great location! Try the spicy cashew dressing it is the bomb dot com. Read more
Got the miso bowl with blackened chicken. Definitely one of the better salads I've ever had. Really nice flavor combos-kale,... nuts,cabbage, rice and chicken with the right amount of dressing. Very nice. Read more

I usually come to this location but will not be returning. I ordered a salad and it?s was absolutely disgusting so within 3... minutes of me paying for my order I returned back to the register and informed them I did not like my order and if I couldswitch it for another salad? She told me no after making me another salad already and forcing me to pay for the 2nd salad. So Ihave now paid 40 dollars for 2 salads one that I could not eat because of how nasty it was.
