I?m so disappointed! I got out of work at 10pm tired and hungry. I go to Taco Bell and they mess up my order big time! I payed... 16.50 for 2 steak chalupas and a 5 dollar cravings box and I didn?t even get that! I got two soft shell tacos with a crunchyshell inside, a crunchy taco and two quesadilla tacos and I didn?t even get my receipt! We tried not to make a big deal out ofit and just eat it but the tostadas smelled horrible and were so soggy, they looked like they were soaked in water for hours!!!They have messed up my order 3 times already this being the third!! False Advertising as usual. They refuse to make the items with the ingredients that are supposed to be on them. They totally... omit the creamy sauces on our chicken quesadillas and cheesy gordita crunches. Again last night, it happened like it has before.Prices are higher, but they're omitting ingredients!!! Absolute total rip off. The ONLY reason we order those items is becauseof the creamy sauces they come with as ADVERTISED. If we knew they refuse or always forget to add the sauces, we'd ordersomething completely different or we'd choose a different place. This happens more times than not. They were not busy. There wasnot one car in the drive thru, it was totally dead around 7 pm. on a Friday night. We also ordered a regular crunchy taco andguess what... It was full of the creamy sauce that's supposed to come on the cheesy gordita crunch. But your site shows that youcharge 0.65 for that sauce to be added to an item or doesn't come with. Read more

I ordered a burrito with no rice and they put rice, not only that but the burrito was stuck to the wrapping paper. The general... manager was being rude and tried to rush me out of the store. I wish I coukd give this place zero stars. Read more
Great quality quesadilla but supreme chalupa was not cooked properly as it felt like its just regular tortilla cooked on stove... and made chalupa out of it. Not crispy at all. Read more
