It's Taco Bell. You don't need a rating of their food. Just the cleanliness of the store and the representation of the company... by its employees. I never complain unless it's just terrible and this was terrible. First off they forgot my Cinnamon Twists, but no big... deal...mistakes happen. I didn't even complain, I just went back through the drive thru and paid for another order. Once Ifinally get all of my food and start to eat my lunch, I see my Mexican Pizza looks like a tornado ripped through it. Beans wereall clumped together on one side, most of the cheese and tomatoes were on the side of the box but I was starving so I ate itanyways. But then I get to my Cinnamon Twists and I can't even describe the taste and smell. The best description I can give isit had like a burnt glue smell, or cardboard smell. I tried to eat half of one and it tasted even worse than it smelled. I'mkind of worried about what was on them and I'm keeping them just in case I get sick later. I don't want my money back, or freefood. But y'all have to do better than this and someone needs to inspect those cinnamon twist. Read more
Triple Check Your Order! They?re constantly messing up.. Took something back to get remade with correct ingredients. They ended... up taking a taco out (that didn?t need to be remade) & never put it back. So the combo meal was incomplete after it got remade.Had to repeat things 10x as well. I'm shaking my head. The 1 decent item they had was TOTALLY destroyed, the Mexican Pizza. It WAS my favorite. It was soggy and... a glob of red sauce with a sprinkle of cheese and a dash of tomatoes. The strawberry lemonade or drink reminded me of thatGALLON of flavor colored water, mom bought for 79 cents and used to tell us it was juice. Shame on you Taco Bell. Asked for nachos with only cheese and beef and received nachos with cheese beef and beans. I went back and told them three... people got together, the manager started to stress out and told the cook about the issue. I got my food and trusting thatthere?s no way they could mess up twice I didn?t check my food until I got home and saw that this time they only put cheese onmy nachos. Read more
I really liked the touch screen order menu. Also it caught us by surprise that this taco bell does not have an updated exterior... like the others. Very nice all the same and would recommend. Read more
Taco Bell's are all around us but I chose well for my lunch break here. The room was bright and inviting.
