I highly suggest that you are very careful when you order because the employees here will waste your time and make your order... incorrectly so that they'll remake your order the right way and keep your first order which they made incorrectly so they don'thave to pay for meals. It has happened to me before but now I'm seeing why they do that. Please be careful and beware of thisfoolishness. Read more

We actually ordered KFC as the location on Federal Rd. has both KFC and Taco Bell in it. We ordered 2 Potpies and 3 piece... chicken strips. It was very good. I miss the potato wedges. The new fries are good but I like the wedges better. Everytime I goto this location they have the pies. We have to park and wait 7-10 minutes for the food but it is always fresh and the stripsare so moist and juicy, flavored and crispy to perfection. I like to stop here to pick up dinner on my way home. The freshnessof the food lasts all the way home. Thanks KFC. Read more

There's a African American female here with the nastiest attitude. I requested not to pull up and she slammed the window in my... face shortly before saying she wasn't going to argue with me. Little did she know there was nothing to argue about. And therewasn't an argument to be had. I waited 15 minutes to order only to get asked to pull up. They serve the orders off the screenbefore actually handing them out the window. And there's no place to pull up for cars. Go somewhere else if its during the day.Yu don't want to be back late from lunch break or get mistreated by an unprofessional employee. Got all the way home and my foodwas burnt. Smh. Go to Wallisville Rd location. They're always nice! Funny how the Taco Bell owner only responds to complimentstoo. Now I see all the complaints about service and none of them are being addressed.
