The employees at this taco bell are usually quite polite and very pleasant. I always enjoy being able to hit this taco bell.

I sat at the speaker for 7 to 8 mins nobody said anything I saw an employee walk to the McDonald's next door so I drive to the... window to place my order the person who walked to the McDonald's worked in the drive thru then the customer service was horribleand I'm a person who works in the customer service industry so I was very displeased then I still had to pull around and waitfor my food...I'll never visit this location again Read more

After reading some previous reviews it seems like they just don't care about vegetarian option. Same issue previous others have... had: I ordered a black bean crunchwrap and recieved a beef one. First bad experience: I had a very bad experience two times at this center.I went drive thru and I ordered 2 vegetarian( beans)... chalupa last week and they gave so dried one's, they were so bad, I had to throw them.I opened and viewed them after reachinghome.All my money got wasted. Second bad experience: Today, I again went to this location in evening around 8.30pm to drivethru.A lady took the order after making me wait for few minutes. I ordered 2 chalupas and mentioned very very clearly vegetarian(beans) and also mentioned about last weeks experience and asked for fresh chalupas and even my bill also says vegetarian issubstituted instead of non veg but still they gave 1 chicken chalupa and 1 chicken burrito and they also looked very dried andin bad shape.I took pictures of the bill and order i got.Again, I opened after reaching home.All my money got wasted again. Itlooks like the people who take order is not interested in concentrating the customers order or what a customer says during theorder and they give just what was packed and stored since morning or older days packed food.I definitely not suggest thislocation.I used to be a fan of tacobell but after this experience i think i will choose other food restaurants than tacobell atthis location.They don't pay attention to the customers order.I want to give zero rating but option is not available so gave 1rating.It is a very horrible experience.
