I have received multiple orders from this location where sauces were not included. Even after having specification on order and... having pickuo specify sauce request. This location between 6pm to 12pm has a major issue when completing orders as requested.Corporate action should be conducted. Read more

Absolutely the worst. I got a $5 BOX and it has disgusting. The fries were cold, in fact, all of it was cold and the taco was... falling apart. It seemed obvious that the food was siting out for a long time. Haven't gone to Taco Bell for over a year andwon't be going back. Read more

Ordered thru app and paid. When I got to window , worker said they didn't sell crispy chicken tacos. When I asked why it let me... buy he said store has nothing to do with app. Keep in mind location has sign saying Taco bell mobile. Worker couldn't refund mebc it was bought thru app so he said. Will sharing my experience make a difference, ok like everyone else the people that speak over the speaker in drive thru can... never be heard or understood, the employees don?t even try to do there part to speak louder or More clear. So as far as thequantity of the meal , god it was delicious!!!! No only kidding about quality it was just as nasty as it always have been exceptthis time the mess to order up. But really we all now sometimes it?s like playing Russian roulette? sone times you?ll make itback to the toilet on time and others your only about 6 feet from getting there , ok don?t lie we have all had that happen to us!!!!!! Ok from now on we can all learn a lesson ( cook at home ) or don?t eat until you have a facility close enough not toworry. The people were friendly, the objects they called tacos were nasty ?. I?m very upset with my experience. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and half of the quesadilla had nothing in between the tortilla.... Just plain tortilla. My boyfriend ordered 3 beefy 5 layer burritos and they basically only put beans in it. We searched throughthe burrito for something other than beans and the employees seemed to forget the other 4 layers. The employees were not nice, Ihad to repeat my order 4 or 5 times. (I ordered 4 items) We spent $20 and did not get what we ordered. Not to mention, thisTaco Bell location is said to close at 1 am. We have gone on 3 separate occasions between 11:45 and 12 am and they tell us thestore is closed. Got to say I?m not impressed. Read more

God bless the new girl at the window but her support was terrible and her manager avoided conflict and left her flustered... knowing there was a line and each order was between 5-7 minutes between cars at the time. Rough... but every item I orderedinvolved editing that deleted my previous order and then starting over. Never reviewed my order til the window (when I askedexcusing it to my bad night vision...) to be told what was missing was never ordered even though I mentioned it 3 times. It wasjust deleted repeatedly as the order was constantly edited. Manager overseeing just walked up, looked at me and said well youweren't charged for it and walked off on her leaving her speechless. I still ordered it for someone who was still expecting foodwhen I leave there. Come on, just be kind and make things work as a team Read more
