Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. I ordered through the drive thru and specified at multiple times... that my order should not have meat in it. One of the burritos I ordered was made correctly while the other was not, and made mefeel ill. I am unable to consume their "Beef" (mystery meat?) products, and I found it highly offensive that the employeedidn't believe that they made my order incorrectly until I handed her the burrito for her to inspect. Then she loudly proclaimedthere is "Carne" in there to someone who seemed to laugh it off. I asked for a drink or something to compensate thisinconvenience and the employee said they could offer nothing. I asked to speak to the Manager "Dennis" and was told he would notbe in until the next morning, she would not share his work contact number either. They even failed to give me a receipt thefirst time, and when I asked for it the 2nd time she said I would need to pull over and come inside because she is unable to doit through the window. I found this visit highly unsatisfying and unprofessional. The only recourse she offered was to remakethe item and when I reopened the wrapper I still saw small pieces of meat stuck to the outside of what was supposed to be avegetarian burrito. I would be cautious about doing business here again especially after reading about the other negativeexperiences here. Read more
MY HUSBAND WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AND ORDERED A BUNCH OF POTATO BURRITO WITHOUT ANY TOMATO ONIONS, IT'S NOT THE FIRST... TIME BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST I COME TO THIS STORE.. I'M ALLERGIC TO O BB ONION AND IF I WOULDN'T HAVE CHECKED FIRST I WOULD OFENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL AS WELL.. Read more
Worst service ever. Waited over 10 minutes but was never acknowledged. Asked numerous times if someone could take my order only... to be told ?we will be right with you.? Not saying much though as I rarely have a good experience at a Taco Bell, butabsolutely terrible. Read more
