This location is amazing. They got our order right everybody was nice it was very refreshing. Because the locations in Pasadena... sucks so bad. These guys here put cheese on the tacos. And when we asked for no lettuce they didn?t complain they just did it.Thank you guys for being so nice. I know it?s hard to deal with the public on a daily basis but y?all rock. Read more
The manager went above and beyond to correct a simple mistake. I wanted a mango freeze but didn't have enough money. So I... ordered a fountain drink, but I was only interested in root beer. But the soda machine was malfunctioning. And I asked for mymoney back and casually mentioned my initial desire for the mango, and he gave me a large freeze and returned my money, with asmile. I did t expect that! He didn't have to but that's what makes a great customer service experience instead of "just doingmy job" Great experience and alsoz the food was yummy! Duh! Read more

Hard-working nice employees. But they have been skimping on the ground beef like crazy lately. Here is 28 photos I took of a... crunchwrap supreme that have literally two bites with beef in them. This isn't the first time this has happened so I decided totake a picture after every bite LOL. This is definitely worse than it's ever been.
