Did an online order and was missing four items. Called the store and was told ?I personally made that order. Are you sure?? Do... you really think I?d make another trip to the restaurant over four tacos? Bought a half beef half chicken fajita family meal, they didn't give us the rice and beans, they didn't give us the lettuce... tomato cheese sour cream tray, ordered a large BEEF quesadilla, got a half beef half chicken... They sent a text to say it wascompleted ready for pick up, had to wait another 15 minutes for them to complete the uncompleted meal. Read more

I always order the steak quesadilla with extra sour cream. The first 2 times I visit this location my quesadilla was falling... apart and it was a sloppy presentation. I over looked it. Today I sent my boyfriend to go pick me up lunch my usual. The fooddoesn?t appear freshly cooked. The steak was hard waxy and tasted burned.
