I ordered the beef fajita nachos which I enjoyed very much. I requested my queso on the side with extra sour cream. I was happy... they got my order right. Except, I said no beans and it was in my bag. As long as it wasn't on my chips, it's all good. Chipswere fresh and fajita meat was tender and delicious. Tried this place first time. Used app. Selected curbside pickup. Was told to go inside store when trying to use Curbside... service. Wasn?t exactly dressed to go into a restaurant?had to use drive thru and wait more than necessary. Food was bagged ina way the bottom plate was absolutely crushed by the items on top. Food was cold when I got home since I had to wait in line vscalling ahead/curbside pickup. Also the cokes were bagged alongside the hot food so that cooled it even further. If you areoffering curbside then it should be available. Not visiting this place again. Read more
I ordered 1 nacho and 1 taco flour tortilla. They charged me and served me 2 nachos, 3 tacos corn tortilla. They fixed the... charge for me. It still wasn't correct. Then had to fix again. I thank them for the correction made. But the 1 star isbecause of how gross the food was. This was my first and last time to eat at Taco Cabana. Homemade nachos would have tastedway better. Maybe my expectations were too high?.. I was VERY hungry, hadn't eaten all day, so almost anything would havetasted good to me, and this did NOT. I had to throw most of the food away. Read more
Experience was OK. I went in to order takeout. I was waited on promptly by a friendly and competent employee. Took a little... longer than I thought it should to get my order, but the food was very good. The only reason I downgraded was because this isthe second or third time I've been in and the salsa bar has never been open. It's like they're not busy enough to run at fullspeed. So disappointed in this fast food restaurant, apart from the fact that my door dasher waited 15 minutes for the order to be... ready. They just dumped everything on one spot. Forgot my guac and sour cream... I understand that it takes time to cook themeat, but y'all need someone who is intuitive enough to keep a steady flow of customer service these days. Read more
Yummy food, fun staff. One if my fav quick stops for tacos ????and fajita bowels and I enjoy the $2 margaritas ????????
It's definitely a 3 star place but the drinks give it the extra star! The street tacos were good especially being a drive... through. The customer service is mediocre and the food was great for a mediocre expectation. The food was fresh and servedquickly, the steak was kind of weird but overall definitely worth a visit. Read more
Ordered dozen breakfast tacos online for promised 9:51am pickup. When i arrived, at 9:52am they had not even started the order... and employee seemed to be completely unaware of any outstanding orders. Many people waiting for their orders and huge linewaiting to order. Shift supervisor seemed completely overwhelmed by taking inside orders. The online system is clearly notadjusting to what?s going on at the store ? should have warned of 30min delay as pizza ordering apps do. Left after 15min and mysmall online order was not even started yet ? let alone acknowledged. The shift must have been understaffed perhaps?
