Horrible food. Bland / tasteless. Tandoori Chicken was literally fried and full of red color. Chicken Curry only looked good BUT... was not worth it. Biryani was rice sautéed with color and threw in 2 small pieces of precooked chicken. Roti was decent.Overall - BAD EXPERIENCE so don’t go. Better options for late night meal is restaurant/ food trucks on Voss / Hwy 6 south. Read more
This place is open pretty late at night and if you just stick to Kadai Chicken and rice/naan. You should be fine. We however... did try a lot of other dishes as well so I'll just write about them here.... 1. butter chicken - too generic (if you know whatI mean when I say Indian store butter chicken). So don't go that path unless you like that 2. Chicken Korma - marginally betterthan the butter chicken but still not something I'd try again 3. Egg bhurji - so this is interesting. We really loved it on day1. So got two more on the second day. And as you can see in the pic, that single plate is what was given to us saying that is a2 plate egg bhurji. A $22 dish..... So yeah... Bindi masala was good. Naan was okay. That's about it ! We tried various chicken options and also chicken biriyani. None of them... was good. Whatever we were served as chicken biriyani was nothing more than a tomato rice with less salt/spices and some chickenpieces. Way below expecation....Kadai chicken literally had canned tomato sauce taste. Absolutely no taste. Chicken hara masala had no... taste either. Biryani was the worst! Giving 2 because of the outdoor seating giving Dhaba feel and Bhindi masala was decent. Read more
Must visit place if you wanna try Indian chaat items along with authentic punjabi food. Good for both family and individuals to... visit. Place easily gets crowded because of limited seating. This place is great for quick bite. Food is delicious. Last time we came here and got chicken tikka masala, garlic naan,... boneless tandoori chicken and full chicken tikka. Everything was delicious,service was fast. This time we got naan, chickentikka masala, boneless chicken and green chicken. Food was delicious and we enjoyed it a lot. For three people the quantity offood was very much so we had to bring it back home. Read more
This place is open until late, which is a big plus. Food is fresh and tasty, portions are also good. Tried chicken sheikh kabab,... shahi paneer, tandoori roti and garlic naan. All of them are good. Has a typical dhaba feel to it. Owner is friendly andaccommodates any substitutions. Read more
