Everything we have tried has been unbelievably good. Fried cauliflower is fantastic, so was the speghetti squash. Very friendly,... attentive server. Price is a bit prohibitive to come back frequently during our stay at The Westin, but for a nice diningexperience and not needing to venture far from the room, this was great. Read more
Went for HRW lunch. Starter was really good but the rib sandwich was only okay - not much flavor and pretty greasy. Took a... really long time for food to get delivered and someone in the party got a salad with extra chicken they hadn't ordered. Theyasked if they could he could just eat the salad with the extra chicken and we accepted as long as we weren't going to be chargedfor something we didn't order. I have eaten here 3 other times and would give those experiences 5 stars. The food and service was exceptional. However, the... most recent visit was infuriating. I sat down and waited for nearly 10 minutes to be greeted when it was during lunch and I wasthe only table at the time. I saw the servers in the back and they were all talking. They looked at me several times, but nevercame over to get an order. Finally, a manager came over and took my order. I told him I was on my lunch break and didn’t havea lot of time. He brought my starter salad and never came back. I had to flag down a server to ask about my food. She said I hadto tell my server I was ready for my next course and that it would take at least 12 minutes to get my lunch. I let her know thatno one had come back to check on me at all. She didn’t know that I didn’t have an actual server and that it was the manager.She was clearly a little irritated, but she did help. They took care of the check and I did receive my food (lamb bolognese) andate what I could before having to get back to work. Now, the bad part.. Within 15 minutes of leaving, I was running to therestroom. It made me so sick, so fast. I tried to call the restaurant 5 times, but never got an answer. Amazing food, amazing service paired with an unforgettable atmosphere. Dinner at the terrace fed every sense. Everyone was... incredibly attentive and the cocktails were superb. The food, implanted in my core memory! Attention to texture and flavor inevery bite. Passionate employees are what thrive here. Located on skyline level of beautiful and quaint Westin hotel. Due to past experiences with Hotel restaurant food- I was... reluctant to order. However the ambience was very inviting and there were several patrons sharing their enthusiasm about thefood. I was now intrigued- I had the opportunity to ask the Chef Jason S. about the menu and he took the time to go over the newmenu with me (he has an amazing personality & RESUME)- he recommended the lamb meatballs- OH- I AM SOO GLAD THAT HE DID! Thishas to be by far the best lamb that I have had in a very long time if not THE best. Cooked and seasoned perfectly- savory &filling. Wonderful presentation -paired with sliced pita bread, roasted onion and tomato and the most AMAZING roasted garlicTzatziki sauce (made in-house from scratch)! I typically leave short reviews- however this one is certainly worth the addedverbiage. Please do yourself a favor and stop by and give this menu option a try!! The chicken and noodles soup turned out to be a spicey tortilla soup, we asked to change it and they took forever to bring hot... water with diced veggies and tiny pieces of chicken. No flavor! The beef plate had a sauce with an over powering clove flavor.No seasoning. It will be a very expensive terrible experience. Don't order any of this. Everyone seems to enjoy the salad andburger. I ordered room service from the restaurant, what a waste, the bun on my burger was burnt beyond recognition, I asked to add... tomatoes to it and they where so overcooked it was like eating butcher twine, why overcooked you might ask? Well, I guess whenyou order tomatoes on the burger they cook them, the chicken on my daughters pasta was burnt so bad, and the crust on my otherdaughters pizza was burnt as well, 80 dollars for this food is criminal, do yourself a favor and order chipotle instead.
