Ordered Kids sliders, Wings, Brownie Obsession with Ice Cream, which was missing, Jasmine Rice. All the food was cold and seemed... to be something ordered and sent back. The sliders ....meat burnt, the bun also. They sent this out without a card and as of anhour ago, I understand why. Talked to someone who said she was the manager named Charlotte ... Didn't believe that either. Thesame person answered the and hung it up and it ring again. Whoever she was, she had a nasty attitude. What do you want me to doyou ate. the food so what do you want me to do . Very condescending ... You just called to say the fries were cooked perfectlybut cold. If you don't want your money back.. why are you calling? Calling so you can talk to your staff about treatingcustomers like they want themselves and their family to be treated. Read more
The food was pretty good, however we ordered an extra side of fry and it had way less than the regular side of fry that was on... the side of the burger. The worse part of this visit was the service. We waited more than 10minutes for finally someone to cometake our drink order. Then had to wait again for them to come get our order. We never got utensils had to ask a total differentwaitress. 1st, when ordering online, I chose not to leave such a large tip. The website had a way of somehow changing my tip after I had... already reduced it to zero (since I was not dining in nor even using curbside). The website left me unable to change that errorafter the order had been placed. So, I figured the person getting the tip that I didn't want to pay would possibly pick out adecent sized steak, but unfortunately no, my steak was about the same size as the plastic ramicen that my ranch came in. Theside salad had no breadstick and that was a bummer. I don't think I'll order from here ever again nor eat here as the taste andquality of food has decreased since my last visit.
