Stopped here for lunch with the family, while we were already in the area. They're a very small diner with friendly and very... courteous staff. My wife and I both tried the crawfish etouffee with dirty rice. The rice tasted great, with lots of seasoning.The etouffee was seasoned well, however the flavor tasted a bit sweeter than I'm used to. I liked the etoufee, but the roux hada flavor that really left a sweetness on the palette. They served it with a slice of cornbread and a small container of butterto spread on it.
