Blue Fish has got to be on your list of top sushi spots. I have only been during the day for lunch with clients, but each time... it is consistently a good experience. The sushi is so good and the staff are always friendly and very attentive. Had not beenin quite some time probably due to the 'covid years', but we went two weeks ago and I'm really glad we did. Consistency! The only reason that I can’t give it 5 stars is it is not on the level of the top sushi restaurants in Houston,... but it is still great! The food is always good, the service is great and it’s a nice place to be at. The rainforest roll is myfavorite by far but you can’t go wrong with most options. The ahi tower appetizer is also a staple. They have something foreveryone even if they don’t eat sushi. Also, if you order enough, you get it in a boat! Read more
