The food needs help 911! This place is too beautiful to not have good food. I ordered the shrimp tacos that came with the worst... guacamole I've ever had. No seasoning at all. Presentation was good, but the taste is what's important. Staff also needs alittle pep in their step. Really dissatisfied. Read more
My daughter held her birthday dinner there recently. There were 9 guest at our table. The waiter took our orders which took... awhile. When the food came out everyone received there’s but me. When I asked him about mine he didn’t apologize just saidok. Management did come out and apologized. She comped out my meal. When it finally arrived, everyone was finished and we wereready to go so I had to get mine to go. One of my daughters guest ordered nachos and the guacamole was brown. Not the best foodexperience, but the atmosphere was wonderful, The bathrooms are unisex so don’t be alarmed when a man or woman walks out ofthe stall. Hopefully, our next visit will be better. If you haven’t been to the Tuck Room/iPic… you should make this a part of your weekend plans. The Tuck Room is super cute... and is the perfect date night spot. Get dressed up, have a drink, some delish food and the walk a few steps over the the theaterand catch and a movie! As you can see the seats inside the theater are plush and the ambiance is a no brainer! Located inside IPIC theater Houston. Good place to hang out while waiting for your movie to start. Nice ambience and pretty... friendly service. Good manhattan and their fig and walnut-infused old fashioned is pretty good. Margaritas were ok. Good twiston deviled eggs but not enough to be something we go for again. My wife and I really loved their crab cakes though. For theprice point, would rather go check out a restaurant bar close by prior to our next movie. Read more
The staff here is great! The food is good, not outstanding but the staff makes up for ok food. Houston is a foodie town and... places have to be exceptional. The Tuck Room is a great spot to get a drink prior to heading into the theater or afterward yourmovie. My friend and I had a glass of bubbles and the chocolate cake. The bubbles were good and the cake was good. It’s aconvenient spot. Read more
We love coming to Ipic and of course always visit The Tuck Room. They have a great variety of food. I ordered the Tuna Poke -... was not a fan of it. The calamari was amazing. Will advise that for sure. Drinks are always a hit. Prices are reasonable. Read more
Wow, if I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Maybe my boyfriend and I were just extremely hungry, but this was some of the... best food we’ve had in a long time! The shrimp tempura tacos were delicious: with a shrimp batter was crispy and flavorful!And the sweet and spicy bacon blue burger, oh my gosh! So tasty. The meat was flavorful, the elements were well balanced and itwas honestly better than a burger you’d get from a burger place. Also, the margaritas were great! I’d come here even Iwasn’t going to the movies. So glad we discovered this place! Read more
