If I could give zero stars , I absolutely would . This by far use to be one of my favorite cupcake places to frequent. So much... so that I had my family driving almost two hours a way just to get these . For every special occasion I?m here purchasingcupcakes. Well that all changed today .\n\nMy sister came in from out of town and as I previously stated it?s a must that westop here . After making her purchase she noticed that the quality of cupcake had declined. Now she?s not much of a complainerhowever, we visit here too often to not bring it to someone attention. I politely placed a nice phone call to let them know thecupcakes were dry and the Manager insisted I was making a false claim as if I?m not the cupcake Queen and I don?t know thesecupcakes . Her level of professionalism really left me in awe and to be honest I don?t plan on going back .\n\nI?ve neverexperienced a person in management not wanting to take the necessary actions needed to ensure a great customer experience. Aftergoing back and forth she finally said well come back and you can pick something else . At this point it?s not even worth it !I?ve got my mind set on picking something else alright . EGGSHELLS in 24K Carrot Cake cupcake.\nThe young lady who took my order stated the 24k carrot cake cupcakes were just finished... in the back so she went and got one for me. I also bought a red velvet and tiramisu cupcake. I originally thought the hardcrunchy bites were the ?golden sprinkles? on top but once I looked I saw eggshells. I celebrated my birthday this month by dropping in at Treat! Cupcakes today! If you can\'t tell from the picture, I purchased a... German Chocolate cupcake. This thing was really nice to eat! It wasn\'t overly sweet, and the glazed icing was the best part. Inormally don\'t seek out cupcake stores but this one is worth coming back to!\n\nSurprisingly enough, these cupcakes are crazyaffordable for being in Vintage! This treat was under $5! Read more
